Tonight I took part in something which I just could not wait to tell you about.
Have you heard of Alt Design Summit?
Held in Salt Lake City the event sees bloggers, designers, foodies, stylists, photographers and cool skool adventurers to come together to share ideas, dream and concepts. Sounds good huh! Certainly my idea of paradise and I would love to go. Unfortunately I couldn’t make it so I was very pleased when I discovered the Alt Channel a place to take part in online classes delivered by top blogging experts and social media gurus! How cool does that sound!! Am I a geek? Hey, don’t answer that.
Online class, webinar, online conference, web based seminar, call it what you like but I call it ace! So at 9am (PST) 17:00 (GMT) I logged on to Email Management 101: Tips/Tricks From The Pros. Hosted by the most awesome blogger Erin Loechner from Design For Mankind the session was tonnes of tips and tricks for avoiding email bankruptcy and jeez…no-one wants that.

Erin is such a brilliant host as not only does she oooze awesomeness her advice is so practical with lots of tips you can just run with straight away. One thing I really like about the class is you can interact with the other class members which is fab for meeting loads of new people all with the same objective.
So what’s did I learn, the next step…DMZ! What’s that I hear you say? Well you will have to do the course to find out!
The class was $15 well spent and I am already keen for the next one. I think the hardest bit is deciding which ones I want to do!
